About

Our story…

Our Beginnings

My name is Shawn, and I’ve been a Carolina Panthers fan since 2002. Over the years, football became more than a game for me—it was a passion. But as my faith grew, I realized some of my game-day habits didn’t line up with my Christian beliefs. I used to lean on superstitions, thinking they might help the team win.

Eventually, I recognized that faith and superstition don’t mix.
That realization led to a change. I stopped relying on rituals and started focusing on what really matters: praying for the game, the players’ safety, and approaching each season with hope and gratitude. Panthers Faithful was born out of this shift—a space where football talk meets Christian faith.

Here, I share honest commentary on the Panthers, reflections on faith, and my personal journey as a longtime fan who’s learned to put trust in God over superstition. I also design all the merchandise, making sure every piece reflects the spirit of the team and the values that guide this community.

If you’re a Panthers fan who shares these beliefs, or you’re just curious about a different approach to sports fandom, you’re in the right place.

Our Vision

At Panthers Faithful, the vision is simple: build a community where Carolina Panthers fans can celebrate their team and their faith without compromise. This is a space for honest conversation, encouragement, and support—on game days and every day in between.

The goal is to show that you don’t have to separate your love for football from your beliefs. By sharing personal experiences, faith reflections, and Panthers commentary, I hope to inspire fans to approach the game with integrity, gratitude, and trust in something greater than wins and losses.

Ultimately, Panthers Faithful aims to be more than just a blog or a social media account. It’s about creating a home for fans who want to honor their faith while rooting for their team, and about making a positive impact both online and in the lives of fellow believers.
